We embarked on this journey without a clear roadmap, trusting in our mission and commitment to learning and leading others along the way. At b l u . i n k we apply the tried-and-true traditions of the real estate industry while leading with innovation, continuing to improve and grow every year!

 

Founded in 2020, b l u . i n k’s unique approach was conceived years prior, driven by a vision to prioritize brokers and empower them to excel in their careers. Having built successful careers in real estate, we felt that the traditional model, while effective in its own right, needed to evolve to meet the needs of today's real estate professionals.

 

Working together for several years, we created b l u . i n k to make the changes we wanted to see. The name, 
“ b l u . i n k,” holds symbolic meaning. In real estate, signing contracts in blue ink signifies tradition and attention to detail. It represents our acknowledgment of industry history while embracing future technologies.

 

Our journey began humbly, operating b l u . i n k from Stacy's house with just a small team of four individuals in the early days of the COVID pandemic. Setbacks didn't deter us; instead, they fueled our determination. We had to learn how to continue being successful brokers while also being effective leaders. Soon thereafter, we moved into our office in the Granary Building, understanding the importance of in-person connections.

 

The first major improvement was minimizing transaction fees, ensuring our hardworking agents retain a larger portion of their earnings. Additionally, we introduced a system that rewards agents for attracting and mentoring new talent, providing ongoing financial benefits throughout their careers. Unlike the conventional model, we recognized and valued the contributions of individual agents.

 

We want to bridge the gap to meet everyone’s needs, so we developed a unique platform for our brokers to communicate, share events and engage in training programs. This milestone cemented our commitment to building a community and fostering meaningful connections among our agents. Our goal was and continues to be to create an environment where agents can break free from constraints and think creatively. We foster a collaborative, solution-oriented culture that welcomes input and ideas from our agents. When we can work together, we can succeed together!

 

Reaching 50 agents within 18 months of launching b l u . i n k was a significant accomplishment. It affirmed the value we provided and the trust our agents had in our vision. Moving to eXp Realty was another major milestone. We are now able to provide even more tools and resources to give our agents everything they could possibly need to be successful.

 

Agents in our b l u . i n k community have successfully opened a number of branch offices which has expanded our reach. We serve agents in multiple states and have created a fantastic network that spans nationwide. Our incorporation of traditional and modern real estate practices has allowed us to develop an innovative and far-reaching approach unlike any other.  

 

What distinguishes us further is our commitment to helping our agents succeed in the areas that matter most to them. We have different programs targeting specific needs. This includes a clear pathway to reach leadership roles, a business model that will double your business in 12 to 24 months and a marketing partnership. When we see gaps in the industry and areas for improvement, we find solutions and offer them to our agents.  

 

Our core mission remains unchanged — to empower real estate agents, challenge norms, and create a broker-centric team that supports and rewards their success. We are constantly adding agents and growing b l u . i n k to fit the ever-evolving needs of the industry. We are excited about the future and the endless possibilities ahead.
